Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed (see above) depending where you live in relation to Arizona. We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules so delivery times are approximate only.

We do use delivery confirmation on all our packages so if you haven't received your order 7-10 working days from the date you placed your order (after adding in the three business days to process your order), please contact us BY E-MAIL because something is not right.

Q: Can I get my order Faster? Can it be shipped by Express or Priority Mail ?
A: Yes, we now offer our customers the option of U.S. Priority Mail. At check out you will be asked if you want standard first class shipping or you will be given the option to pick Priority shipping at an additional cost.

Priority Mail orders are processed the same way as above but you will receive your package much faster than our normal shipping time. SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.

Q: Will the package have Herbal-Smoke.com on it ??
A: NO..NO..NO !!!!- it will be very discreet. We ship in a manila bubble mailer or U.S. Priority Mailer. All that appears on the package is:

Q: Do you ship worldwide ?
A: We currently ship to every open border in the world. For U.S. and Canadian customer's we charge a flat rate of only $5.95 no matter how large your order is. We only accept credit card payments from buyers in the United States and Canada at this time. International customers can order by mail using cash or money order payable in US Funds. Just go to our order by mail page for more details.

Q: One last question about shipping. Do you ship C.O.D.?
A: Sorry... We do not ship C.O.D.
