Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed (see above) depending where you live in relation to Arizona. We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules so delivery times are approximate only. We do use delivery confirmation on all our packages so if you haven't received your order 7-10 working days from the date you placed your order (after adding in the three business days to process your order), please contact us BY E-MAIL because something is not right.
